The 265+ employees at Yorkville's Canadian production facility are a unique team indeed. The team is broken down into a number of groups including 150+ hands-on factory workers, 23 member design group, 10 member in-house sales & marketing team, 4 member purchasing & material control team, with the balance made up of managers and support staff.
Yorkville's US Distribution facility in Niagara Falls, New York is staffed by a ten member team including four order desk / credit staff, five logistics people and our US Sales manager.
We are proud to have one of the lowest employee turnover rates anywhere. We have many of the original Yorkville employees that started with us in the early '60's, offering consistency and experience that helps us continue to build on a great tradition. Over the years new members have brought new technology and experience to the team, resulting in a dynamic and energetic design, production, sales and service team!!
