TORONTO, ON (November 30, 2020) - Canadian pro audio manufacturer, Yorkville Sound, is proud to announce the CO8CW & C12CW weather resistant full range speakers. These IP56 rated outdoor speakers are the latest additions to the Coliseum line of installation products.
The C08CW & C12CW are 8-inch and 12-inch 2-way speakers designed with compact coaxial drivers. Both speakers have the ability to operate at 70V, 100 V or at 8 Ohms. "The result is a small foot-print with high output power," says Steve Hendee, Yorkville Sound's Director of US Sales.
With an Ingress Protection rating of IP56, the CO8CW and C12CW have been treated to be highly weather resistant, particularly to dust and high-pressure water. "The IP56 certification ensures that these speakers will brave the elements and stand the test of time in outdoor installations such as sports fields, restaurant patios, and wherever waterproof speakers are required," says Hendee.
