The AP4K is Yorkville Sound’s flagship amplifier. This no-compromise, 2U powerhouse is our premier solution for virtually any touring or installed sound system. A rear panel switch selects 2Ω or 4Ω operation, and bridging the amp delivers up to 3600 watts of pure, clean power into 4Ω or 8Ω loads. The AP4K features a meticulously optimized signal path, with a toroidal transformer to reduce hum and interference. The 3-tier Class H design approaches the efficiency of Class D amplifiers while maintaining the superior transient response and low distortion of the best analog designs. With transparent limiting, advanced protection, all-steel construction, and exceptional sound quality, the AP4K is designed to excel in the most demanding conditions and power exceptional performances.
